hi
I have a upgraded gold anodized auto hub on my pro, this auto hub was never used until recently, it may be old but it was installed this summer and has a few gallons through it.
Anyhow I noticed that it would lock up, and I would have to have someone hold the rotor head while I turn the outer ring to free it up. It almost feels as if it is wedgeing itself, because as I loosen it it has gradual resistance until it is free'ed up. Once free it spins effortlessly as it should
I have since taken the unit apart and lightly oiled the needle bearings with light oil.
Any pointers as why a brand new auto bearing would repeatedly do this
Thanx
Ron
