Just got this sim a few days ago and am very happy with it however, I am having problems understanding how to go through the setup, calibration seems ok, I'm running mode 2 on tx and togling between mode 1&2 in the sim seems to make no difference on the controls. where I am having most of my problems is with the tx controls showing on screen, when I move the throttle up (left stick) the left stick on screen doesn't move,no other sticks move either, however the heli's blades do spin faster with exaust and it gets light on the skids, when I move the right stick for forward flight both sticks right and left move in tandem, forward flight then speeds up the throttle and reverse flight slows down the throttle, how do I seperate the two controls so that throttle movements are shown on the tx on screen with the right stick independent of the throttle? :arggg:

just checked my control settings on the pitts biplane and everything is operating as it should. the throttle moves independently on the biplane but when switched to the easyfly heli the throttle on the on screen tx only moves when I move the right lever up and down........is this normal?

OK, been messing around with the my tx settings and really screwed this up to the point I can't seem to get back to somewhat normal, so my problem is with my tx settings, anyone have some suggestions on basic settings? I was able to switch to another model selection so I still can fly the sim, but still have same problem the elevator stick changes the throttle setting.

I set up my 6102 with a basic non-CCPM heli setting. With Normal and Idle Up pitch and throttle curves and Throttle Hold.
Then go to the menu to set up the Tx controls and make sure that the proper bars move with the proper controls. This menu/screen allows you to set the various functions to various channels.

Pinecone.
Would you mind posting your setup for the 6102?

Pinecone.
Can you tell me how to set up IDLE UP on the 6102?

Turn On.
HIt Scroll Down and Select to get into setup menus.
Scroll until you get to the Pitch menu.
Use Adjust to get to the Stunt curve, and check that it is linear . Use Select button to scroll though the 5 points. I just set P-Low to 0, P-2 to Inh (hit clear), P-Mid to 50, P-3 to Inh, and P-High to 100.
Hit Scroll down to get to Throttle Menu and set the Stunt curve as you did the pitch curve, but with values of 100 - Inh - 50 - Inh - 100. I forget why I used 50 at mid point, but IIRC it was something that Ade Law recommended. You could also set 100 - 100 - 100 - 100 - 100
You can also set up the Normal and Hold curves the same way, using the Adjust rocker to get to the proper curve in the Pitch and Throttle menus.

Hi Pinecone.
Thanks for the reply. Is this how you set it up in Phoenix. (That was what I was enquiring about)?
I know how to set it up to fly a real heli, but don't know how to set it up in Phoenix.
How do I set it up that I can switch between normal and idle up in Phoenix?
TIA
