I recently bought (Like 1 week ago) a V-balance from Helikraft however after 3 uses with the new 3s Align battery (22c), it has simply stopped working. Even plugging in just the balance tap when it's not connected to the charger nothing happens.
I'm a bit worried about trying to get it sent back under warranty though as i had to solder a deans on to it to fit my battery. Does this kind of thing void the warranty?
What would be the best course of action - go through Helikraft or through FP direct? - If FP who do i e-mail couldn't find much on the FP page.
