Hello there,

Is there an easy way to convert a trim setting into a subtrim one :?:
Let's suppose that I'm putting a +4 trim on the aileron... how much should I put on the subtrim screen to get an equivalent effect :?:

P.S. For the 14MZ

Why would you want to do that?

I would like to fly with all my trims set to 0 (slight change might be needed but they should be considered as non permanent :!: )

Consequently subtrims will have to be updated :?

I would track down the misalignment that is causing a need for trim.

But if you want to move the trim to subtrim, Go to the servo monitor screen and see what the % of movement is for the channel that you want to adjust, set the trim back to 0 and then put in subtrim to get back to the same %. There is no direct way to to this that I know.

The other way would be to set your trim at 0 and bring up the subtrim screen and use the subtrim to trim the heli while you are flying.

By doing it this way you will find that you are starting to get interactions in a eCCPM setup and will be chasing other control issues down the road.

That is why I recommend that you find the cause of needing trim and fix it.

I'm not using any H3 yet... it should be fine just like you said....

If you want the trims to 0. Mechanically trim the model so that all the trims are centered. That is how I have done it fpr the last 10 -12 years. Trims are all 0 and no subtrim.
I have never used subtrim. Never had a reason to use subtrim. A mechanical setup is all that is needed.
