Charging LiPo cells individually

Has any tried to or is it possible to charge each LiPo cell individually with a LiPo charger? Can/will this balance the pack if each cell is charged individually and can most LiPo chargers (with out balancing option) do this? I understand that a balance connector would have to be made for each cell, to connect to the charger.

Yes, but it would take a while as you would have to do 3 complete charge cycles for a 3S pack. So figure about 3 hours to charge. :)

DN Power and CellPro 4 chargers do this, but with 4 separate chargers built into the unit.
