How much can your CX2 lift?

Just wondering, I underslung its spare battery and it flew with that ok. How much can a humble CX2 actually pick up and fly with??

I don't know for sure but I have a 1800 ma e-flite battery that mine lifts good and it's pretty heavy. I did notice as the battery looses power it also stops lifting fairly qwick. I also have a 1200 ma e-flite that I use and it flies as well as the stock 800 ma does. I only hope that I'm not doing any harm to the motors or other electrics but so far so good!

Only real problem I see is heat build up. I fitted the heatsink to mine just in case. The batts do get a bit warm after several minutes.

Yeah I got the heat sink right off the bat. I know electrics like to get hot and heat is a killer. I have had my motors get warm to the touch but they keep on keepin on with out any problems so far. I let them cool a little between batteries and I have'nt had a loss of power or any malfunctions. This little bird seems to do well even with my bad flying!
