JR Gyro G500T Questions

Hi, I have a Raptor 30 with a JR 7202 and JR G500T Gyro, At this time I do not have remote gyro control from my transmitter, I did not set the heli up and am very confused with all this. My question is that when I am in "Normal" flight mode the tail rotor blades creep to full lock, so if I go full left rudder, it goes then creeps all the way back to full right rudder, this takes about 3-5 seconds, when I go to flight mode 1 or 2, the blades stay locked. How can I fix this? is it okay? Should I enable the function on my radio, I am lost on this issue. Please help me understand exactly what is going on. Thank you in advance.

First off look at the channel you have the single wire plugged into, thats how you set your mode and gain. I'm not familair enough with JR radios to give you detailed help but check out http://www.raptortechnique.com he should have enough setup information to help you understand whats going on.

In heading hold mode though, a gyro will not return to center unless the tail of the helicopter does what its told (which it cant on the bench) so right now your gyro is probably assigned to the flight mode switch and working in heading hold in normal and rate mode in I1 and I2
