Alternatives to the rubber body grommets

I am missing 2 of the rubber grommets for holding the body on. They just did not come with mine. Any quick & easy ideas of what to use? I was thinking of using servo grommets, but the hole is slightly too large...

Well, for now I put some RC car antenna tubing over the rod, and then cut a Servo rubber grommet in half, and seems to hold just fine.......this should hold me over until I can find the correct size grommets.
