Stratus Updated Fuel Tank

I am building a Stratus for a friend with the new fuei tank, unfortunately the instructions do not refer to it. Someone mentioned that it was on the MA website, but I am unable to locate it on there, if anyone has the info or where I might find it I would appreciate it!
