Walkera 60 rotorhead upgrade issue

I have installed the upgraded aluminum head on a the Walkera 60. Now when I advance the throttle, the swash plate goes up, as it should, but the blades go to negative pitch. The head upgrade is part number MUP-60T. The finished assemble looks like the picture from Hooobby.com sent with the head. Any body out there have the same problem. Looks like the servos would need to be reversed to work. ??????????????????? :)

You dont by any chance have the blade grips on back to front, eg. leading edge pitch change rather than trailing edge that I have seen in some photos I have found?
If so this will change the action of the collective pitch. I was looking at the pictures here to check as I do not know the model first hand.

Also if you have assembled the flybar carrier upside down, then the pitch arms mounted to the flybar assembly will be the wrong way around.
