OK, another Nooobie question.
I might have mis-heard Finless on my HDX450SE v.2 setup video but I think he says to set up Throttle and Pitch curves in Norm, Idle1, and Idle2 as linear. 0, 25, 50, 75, and 100%. I thought that Pitch or Throttle, (or both) curves were supposed to be something like 100, 80, 50, 80, 100% for Idle1 and Idle2??
What am I missing? Can someone please help me set-up my very first "Real" radio? It's a DX7.
Many thank for all of the past help with my "learning bird", Blade CP.

Here's what I'm using for my 600, It should translate pretty close for your 450. Use Bob's video's to get your swash level and the pitch range correct. the pitch for normal is the only thing you will change from my numbers. I wouldn't go any lower than -4 in normal if you're starting out. If you're at -4 at say 35? Then your settings for normal pitch would be 35 42.5 50 75 100. If you get -4 at say 20? then your normal pitch would be 20 35 50 75 100. the rest of my numbers should work ok for you to start....
Normal at negative -4
40 45 50 75 100
ST1 0 25 50 75 100
ST2 0 25 50 75 100
Throttle I used Bob's basic setup
Normal 0 50 80 90 100
ST1 100 95 90 95 100
ST2 100 95 90 95 100

Yep, Ultimate Hobbies although it's a bit disorganized now with Topper gone. I like to fly at Palm Lane Park. It's right by my apartment and I can walk over, here's a picture:

Cool, I'll check it out. There is a nice park by my house but like you said, it's always "soccered out"!! Yea, I really miss Topper. I wrote an anouncement and posted it here the day he passed away. He was a great guy and the person that turned me on to this site when I first started in Helis.
