MY DX-7 DIED...

I just tried to charge my DX-7, and when i plugged it in the LED for TX didn't light up. the radio is completely dead. I'm 150%sure i turned it off, it was when i picked it up tonite. Any one have a idea why the charger isn't lighting??? i just checked to be suer it was plugged in right , it lights when i use the little rx pack just not the DX7. HELP PLEASE!!!

edit here: i should have searched the forums sooner , the problem turned out to be a blown fuse??? i found it in another post, and figured it couln't hurt to check... i used the stock charger and this happened guess its off to RADIO SHACK fora couple spares

Possibly you blew the fuse on the charge jack in the radio! THis is a common issue with people trying to use chargers other than the wall wart that came with the radio... Did you do that?

Did you check to see if the tx batt. is firmly connected? If it's not snapped in all the way it wont charge. Same thing happened to me and thats what the problem was. Hope this helps.
