Can you use a stock CPP TX and RX with a belt drive system ?

well, i guess if it's just the tx and rx then yes, the rx is just like any other 6ch rx out there. i dun think you can use the 3 in 1, dont quote me on this, but the rudder lead from the 3 in 1 goes into the rx, and you plug the tail motor into the 3 in 1. and with belt drive, you'll probably need a bl main to do anything beyond hovering, and wouldn't use the stock gyro because it really kills the purpose of going belt drive. etc etc.
so, yes, i think you can use the tx and rx, even though not recommended as you can't adjust anything. but really, i've heard problems with the belt drive and i think the blade cpp is great if you have some upgrades, dd tail, hh gyro, and if you've got the money, get a good tx for ur future heli (and you can use it on the blade too)
