Why is this Compass section so quiet?

I bet its because the knights are so trouble free! Gotta love a heli that doesnt need a help forum! When do we get to the the compass 90 size heli? Its pretty good looking.

It is because all the Knight pilots are trying desperatley to rebuild thier helis for the weekned and have no time for thier computers. :shock:

got a couple of flights yesterday in winds gusting to 22mph and less than 10c wind chill was nasty. gave up and went home.

love the heli, hate the weather. its looking even worse today.. first day of summer my arse!

oh well, looks like another day on phoenix-sim. Im working on a 3d varient at the moment.

the obvious answer to that is... phoenix has a knight and will be gaining the 3d at some point down the line.

over here people have been selling their Reflex on ebay for more than phoenix is costing them!

I got my HS81mg today at a local hobby shop here in Plano. They had it for 21 bucks.

on the carbon rods that are needed.... what are the dimensions of the rods? I'm going to be going to Aero Hobbies tomorrow to kill time and I'm gonna look for the carbon rods I need as well as the other parts. Have you hammered down the parts needed yet?

you know that evo "style" head? would you believe me if i said that compass came up with this design years before hirobo released the EVO? somehow hirobo got hold of this and copied it.

i only know about the head design. its from a very reliable source (as reliable as it can ever be).

Sorry to burst all the bubbles out there but this head design was on the SST's back in the late 70's to early 80's, GMP used it on their Competitor Pros and the 808/888 used that same head circa 1983-84.

I never heard of a Compass Models back that far.

Put carbon (or G10) frames on the EVO. It flies better (for 3D) because it is lighter.

ok enough of the debate. Its all about what works for you. Just like govenors. I personally only use GV1's. They work well for me. Most say not but thats there oppinion. Now waht I can say is that I do not go in hirobo forum bashing there helis so lets do the same here please.
