Anyone running a 9254 on there mini titan? Right now I've got a 3154 on mine with a 401... but it seems to wag, and i keep decreasing gain, and increasing delay, and it won't go away. Just wondering if anyone runs a full sized 9254 on there mini titan.

I do have the same setup on my mini Titan E325 :) Your 3154 is just perfect for the Job. However the setup of your 401 is very probably the cause of your problem.
If I may suggest:
Assuming gain value of 30 and 70. (30 being normal mode 70 HH mode)
Assuming you did not forgot to set the rudder trim and subtrim to zero.
Assuming you setup the 401 delay to zero.
Assuming you setup the 401 D/S switch to ON.
- Start your 401 in HH mode, then switch to normal mode. (This tell the 401 where is your zero rudder stick on your transmitter)
- The 3154's arm should be at 90 of the tail boom.
- The tail rotor blade should be 5 or 6 degrees angle to counter act.
If not then adjust mechanically, NOT from the Tx.
Now still in normal mode, insure that the extreme left and right from your Tx DO NOT bend mechanically the rudder link. If it does then diminish the 401 limit value. Re check as it is not too easy..
If it just bend say on the left, then adjust the rudder link length and re center the servo on the tail boom.
It is longer to describe than to do it :D
After this it does works like a dream..
Each time you start your Tx, dont forget to start in HH mode!
Hope this help..
