Is it worth buying the helical main gear and pinion ?

I think so, haven't used the straight gears so i really can't compare the two. The Helical gear is very smooth and quiet, i would like more of a pinion selection though.

I flew with the originals for a few dozen flights then went to the helicals. It is definitely quieter, but that is the only real difference. I greased my stock ones and they were just as quiet, but had to be greased every 5 flights or so to keep the rock crusher sound away.
Is it worth it? Not really, I think it cost me around $80, I was hoping it would get Logo quiet, and it is no where near there.
