Anyone ever seen this one? Got a new 450SE V2 and was working on final radio tweaks this afternoon. Got the head all dialed in with +/- 12 on collective.. Flicked switch E back to normal mode to verify I had -3/+12 and when I flipped back to ILD1, it was like I was still in NORM mode.. No additional negative pitch at all. IDL2 and IDL3 were the same way..

I double checked all the other settings to see if I'd inadvertently turned something on/off by mistake, didn't see anything out of the ordinary.

For giggles, I switched over to my "old" 450SE's model and sure enough all the IDL modes worked fine.. Switching back to the new V2's model, the switch did nothing. After poking around for almost an hour trying to figure it out, I finally just nuked the model memory and started over from scratch.. No problems since...

Anyone got any idea how or why my idle ups would work one second and then stop the next by just changing modes??

I've been unable to duplicate the problem since it occurred... I even went so far as to pull the cover off the Tx and check the switch for broken/shorted wires.. Put a meter on it to check continuity and cycled it about a hundred times.. Worked like a charm in all 3 positions.
