Does anyone make stronger motors for the Blade CX, if so I would also like to get a stronger battery for it to, and maybe an aluminum swahplate.
Anyone got links?

E-flite makes an alu swash that works well. whatever you do, do not put both the upper and lower microheli brand blade grips on. The heli will be unflyable, you can use one or the other but not both.

www.miracle-mart.com sells nice ball bearing motors that have replaceable brushes. They were intended for the Lama coaxial heli but work just fine on the CX2. I've installed 3 sets of them and they are nice and smooth.

I agree with BLITZ. I got those motors through slickZERO.com. they are powerful, quiet, and they increased the batt life by 2-3 mins. p.s. heat sink wont fit the motors run cooler anyway. :glasses2:

The heat sinks DO fit. I have one, as do my 2 buddies.

when i tried to tighten the screws the capacitors usually on top of the motor are on the inside of these motors. this causes contact between the sink and motors. :glasses2:

Ah yes, you are right about that... flip the motors around so that the labels face inward and the capacitors face outward. Then the heatisnk fits perfectly. I did the same thing on the first try. You might want to peel off the labels and use a bit of heatsink compound to ensure good contact.
