TJ CALIBRATION

I just got a new JR 9303 and a Throttle Jockey I have installed the TJ in my Raptor 50 but i can not get in to the calibration mode when I have the aux channel connected. i can remove the wire and get in the the calibration mode for the manual operation.
I have set the radio up per Model Avionics setup tip on there web site.

any ideas??

The 9303 is the same as the 9x over here and we have had the same problem. Hook it up into the gear channel and it will work fine. I dont own a 9X but I have spent some time working with others who do and they all have this problem..for some reason aux 2 will not switch form top to bottom...It's like it is turned off and we cant find anyway to turn it on..if you go to the ATV's and look at it while you flip the switch you will seen that it wont transfer from top to bottom....
