Examine the tip of the shaft with the countersunk drilled hole. One side has a ground flat over the dimple. When installing the tail rotor hub, align one of the set screw holes in the hub with the dimple without the flat first. Install the #0056 set screw in this side. Tighten securely. Second, install the opposing #0056 set screw onto the dimple with the flat.
I'm reading this note over and over... There is no visible difference between one dimple and the other.
Is this an obsolete note? ...or maybe my output shaft missing a flat?
