I have a question for the experts,
Why does my 2100t think my 14mz is a jr receiver?
It seems to work just fine on the ground as i have been leary of taking off with the gyro having the third light lit for my receiver. Futaba should be the second light.
I tink it may have to do with the gyro being on channel two instead of channel 4 as most futaba's are. anybody??
Thanks for reading, Ron

Not sure exactly what light your talking about... but if you mean the row of LED's that light up after its initialized they're gyro gain % LED's, not reciever type LED's. If this is the LED your talking about (the red ones), they go 1-30% gain is the first LED, 31-40% is the second, 41-50% is the third, ect, so if your gain is set at somewhere between 41 and 50% your third LED would be lit up.
Hope that helps.

Blade 400, Sonic tail, HS-65's on collective and S9650 on the tail, carbon main and tail blades, bec and ar6100e
Well the 2100t is on, had it set, I thought, pretty well in Rate mode however it did wag just a bit. At this point the gain in rate mode, DX6i, was set at 30. When I went to HH mode the tail drifted left, yawed to the right and I was able to get the gain to 72 before the wag started. I have the round servo arm on and using the middle whole of set#3 this has the tail control rod just about 7.5 mm's from the center of the servo, this may be a bit tight, or close?
Went back to Rate and tried to get it mech correct with the rate gain a 0 while the tail would not drift I now can not eliminate the wag, no amount of gain in Rate mode will eliminate the wag. When i go to HH in this condition the wag is constant and the yaw to the left can not be eliminated.
Well that is not correct, it can be eliminated but not by me?
Anyway I am thinking the underlying problem is vibration, as I say in rate I can eliminate the yaw or drift but not the wag in HH, I have both.
The last crash or brush with forgien objects was a week ago, new main, feather, blades and rotor blades, tracking good to within maybe 1/16" can not even see that sorry, balanced and no servo issues.
I did notice the S9650 was much warmer using the 2100t then with the standard EFlite gyro which leads me to think that the servo is doing alot more work then before.
I am thinking that as the 2100t is more accurate then the stock gyro it is more sesitive to ANY vibration and this may be the real problem?
