I am looking to customize a couple canopies on the watt-not and the Raptor 90 SE. i would like to create my own paint schemes for these helis.
please help on explaining on how to do this.

Under the RealFlight folder, look for a folder called ColorSchemes. Locate the .TGA file for the model you want to tweak and open it with your favorite image editor and change away!
