OK guys what did I do wrong? With the final elevator lever parallel to the main shaft the elevator yoke is not level.

Strange! The two should be 90 degrees apart due to the oblong insert to the A arm elevator yoke.

The broached hole in either the elevator yoke or the elevator arm may not be exactly straight, or when pulling the shaft into either part it didn't go in straight.
Either way, adjust the rod ends on the "A" arms going up to the swashplate to level the swashplate. This will not affect the setup or travel limits.
