Was wondering if there is a T/R pitch change push rod support for the Intrepid EB? (attaches to tail boom 1/2 way down & supports push rod) I don't believe the kit comes with one. :?: :dontknow

I did a search on the Bergen site but didn't come up with one. Anyone ever have problems with relying on the rod ends only? Or is it pretty much a non issue?

Rob.

Take a look at my EB

I use a hook and pile (velcro) loop to keep a little tension which prevents control rod vibrations

I do the same. The only other thing I would suggest is that you use a dab of super glue to hold the velcro where you want it. I don't have any pressure within the loop. The support will only prevent a disaster if the tail rod breaks or falls off at either end.

With a slight amount of pressure from the velcro, it helps dampens any harmonics which MAY cause the ball links to wear and lead to it popping off.

Thanks everyone for the info. I'll rig something up. Probably add some alum tape to push rod just to prevent any chafing.
