What is the best way to remove bearing from a bearing block?

What heli? Main shaft?
They should just tap right out. They'll only come out one way though. If there's a retaining ring attached to the block, make sure to remove that before you start tapping.

Yes, Trex 700e mainshaft. I got them out. I heated them up using the flame from the gas stove.

Neat stuff there. I ended up using a propane torch and they just fell out. Cool!

I heat them up in a toaster oven to about 250°F, then they usually pop right out.
