This is not the "final" version of the new Ion but it is "close".

I see several things right-a-way which tell me that this is not the final version...........as there are only 2 right now and this is a prototype but not the final. This is all I can say for now but DOG...........jumped the Gun. There have been 3 major improvements since this model. Z is flying the model andd we will soon update his model, he is preparing for XFC and we want him flying and not testing. Go Z.................

Videos I have not pulled. I sent the pics to our site admin on MidVARC.com (expecting a full gallery to post) but still nothing.
Oh and Tom, after I let Gixxer fly my Ion yesterday he is getting his birds back in the air ;) so we mave to "wrench" on his junk to get it straight. That boy has not lost his touch. He saw me doing my sloppy 3D yesterday with the Ion and when I handed him the radio he hovered for a second then started doing aileron rolls away from the flight line. :arggg:

Yep I broke down and got an Ion. I L-O-V-E to fly it. So smooth!!!
As soon as MA comes out with a kit I will upgrade it as I like the way the X2 sets the packs in to the frame.
