Just got an email from Canomod, base colours are done!
They were checking if it was OK and if I needed anything changed on it.
I have to say, their service is pretty damned good!

And load of more spares to keep me in the air for a good while. Can't wait! I'll drop a pic on here tomorrow as well to give a preview of the canopy.. not trying to hijack you inverse. Hope you don't mind just adding to the excitement! :)

Edge blades arrived today as well.
Just waiting on my Vbar (Somewhere between here and the US, somewhere) and my Kontronik, NO idea where that is as Kontronik obviously think they are too good to reply to their customers :arggg:

Canomod? I have zero issues with Canomod, Bee has been a delight to deal with.
My beef is with USPS and Kontronik at the moment.

Yeah not a huge deal per say but talking to (i'm not sure who) them they were saying they would get back with me very soon and in which case it was days on several occasions (having some communication problems with the designer but it was never relayed back to me until i got the msg a day (or days) later.

:quotesvery soon:quotes to me in a work place environment is within a few hours and definitely at least that day. Anyway it's not the end of the world but was a bit aggravating at the time for me.

Quick update:
My canopy arrived on Friday and it's sweet! The finish is really good, a few tiny flaws from masking but nothing much and it came really well packaged.

looks beautiful... mine has shipped.. but i have no clue what the finished product looks like. i have to say my experience hasn't been as well as yours inverse :( .. i sure hope the finished product was what i was looking for... pretty much impossible to ship back if there are some large flaws... considering I will have payed for the cost of the canopy... i sent them an email asking what was up and they were very apologetic but I have to say I was really counting on slightly better service considering I payed for a "custom" job.. heres to crossing my fingers... :peace:roll::hug:

Mine has some minor masking and overspray flaws, if I had wanted a blingboy or other specialist brushed canopy I would have paid a much higher premium.
For the $60 I paid I am more than happy with the result. It's exactly what I wanted and much better than I expected.
