Has anyone experienced this.
My 450 after a crash rebuild (nothing too bad) was flying s & l at 20 mph and suddenly did a piro. It has happened several times.
I've changed the heli (XL to SE), servo (Align 9g to digital) and the radio to a DX7 so the only remaining part is the 401.
It is not as bad on the new heli (probably because I now have a dig servo) - just when I do a stall-turn, it gets really light on the rudder approx 1 in 4 stall turns.
Has anyone had an intermittent fault on their 401. I'm a tech and prepared to do surgery but is there anything to look at inside / anything serviceable.
I must be growing up as I don't take working things apart any more!!!
