I need help setting up the linkages that are on the cyclic controls I cant seem to get them the right lengths, if anyone owns and flys a Trex 600N LE please let me know the correct lengths thank you. FYI the link lengths in the manual for Cyclic aren't quite right thats why i ask

Center both sticks perfectly in the radio (Use the servo/monitor menu).

Find the appropriate servo horn that gives perfect 90 to the servo. Adjust the links between the cyclic servos and the bell cranks so that the bell cranks are perfectly 90 to the servo horn.

Take your time with this and make sure it's right on. With the Align servo wheels, there's no reason you shouldn't get perfect geometry on all three servos. Each pair of links that goes from the servo to the bell crank should be equal length. If they're not, something is wrong.

The LE IIRC uses an A arm. Thread the ball link fully into the arm. Now, adjust the two linkages from the aileron and pitch bell cranks to the swash plate so that the swash plate is level. These links should be pretty much equal in length. Ensure your swash is level.

Now move up the head to the wash out arms. Adjust the linkages from the flybar cage to the washout arms so that the arms are 90 degrees to the main shaft.

Adjust the remaining linkages so that the mixer arms are 90 and the blade grips are at 0 degrees pitch. Everything I've described here needs to be done with the both sticks perfectly centered. Ensure there's no subtrim, travel adjust/Endpoints are at 100/100, etc.

If you're not getting correct throws, you either are measuring your pitch wrong or you're not 90 somewhere. The 600 is pretty easy to get setup good.
