it sure does sound like that motor is wrapped out at an insane RPM! what's your headspeed and gear ratio?

Stock gears and motor - not sure of the actual RPM.
My curves are as follows:
P/Normal: 25 - 30 - 50 - 75 - 100
T/Normal: 0 - 77 - 85 - 93 - 100
Do I needs to reduce the headspeed?

I would. you'll get consistent headspeed that way and you can adjust it much easier as well.
