help with cy governer on raptor 60

just bought this governer as am fitting a new clutch so thought i would fit one now while engine is out.. ok ive got a os 70 szh engine and a tdg underslung head with nhp blades.. my question is....
a. what gear ratio do i set? got standard gear fitted
b. whats my target headspeed?
sorry if this has been covered before but if ya have any tips or helpful suggestions them i thank you in advance

Hey take it with a grain of salt, since I'M quite new too, but I think the standard gear ratio for the R60 is 9.3/1 (93 & 10 pinion) and the sweet spot for the OS 70 SZ-H is at 16000rpm, do the maths and give it a few more rpm in case it bogs down with load
