Need advice on ESCs with decent governor

I am looking for advice on which ESCs have proven to have decent governor modes. I know Jazz have a great reputation but they are ferociously expensive. So are there any other ESCs that are known to have good governor modes ?

I want it for the following setup:

QJ EP8v2, 400mm mains, Typhoon 6-pole inrunner, 3S/4S lipo, max about 60A.

Only other one I know of are the Castle Phoenix line with the 1.54 software or higher.
