Hi, my rap is abit nose heavy and when hovering, i need to compensate abit using elevator. Is it ok with it?

it'll fly. If you really want it to roll and track well you will re-trim it, but for upright hovering it's fine as is.

Is it so nose heavy that after you land, if you look at your swash, is it level or tilted quite a bit to the rear for a level hover?

The swash is levelled. It just that when i hover up, it will move forward abit.
