Well, this is my first wreck with a bigger heli. I wouldn't be as upset about the wreck, but I have only flown those Radix blades 3 times and now both of them are cracked and unusable :arggg: I was also pretty concerned about my new head, but I think its ok. I already rebuilt it in the pic below. The only part that broke on the head was one of the blade grips. The wreck happened Wed night, so I got my parts yesterday. The heli is almost rebuilt, I just need to attach the boom and check my electronics. My boom (and the back half of the frame) was ripped off in the wreck, but it doesn't look bent at all. Should I replace it anyways? The whole assembly was thrown about 5 feet from the heli, but it looks like it has no damage at all except a little dirt. Here is a few pics of the wrecked heli

Ouch! Thats a good one! As for the boom I would clean it up and roll it on a flat surface and if it's good you should be able to reuse it without any problems. It would most likely be bent right by the frame if it's bent.

BTW, I love my G-force head how about you? How do you have the dampeners configured?

Thanks for the support, my friends just laughed  I have babied this heli since I put it together because I had more money into it than my other helis, but that will stop now that it has seen some abuse.

I love it!! I really like the machined look and it tracks perfect. I'm really glad I bought it and I am considering a second head for my 30. I have only had a few easy flips on it so far, but after the rebuild I will definately punish it more often (well.. as much as my skills allow). I used 3 90 O-rings on each side for a stiff setup. I am running 2050 rpms so I want the head pretty stiff.
