Hey everyone,

New to this lipo battery stuff, while I got this RCC-4CX by Align Charger and I got a lipo battery that I am trying to charge now. Anyways, do you have to charge through the deans connectors on the battery? or can you charge through the other connector that is on the battery?

Also is anyone fimilar with this charger? will it charge through the 4pin block connector or is that just for balancing the battery? or is it balancing and charging at the same time? I guess I am just confused with the process and the connectors that I have to work with.

any help would be helpful.

Thanks...

Jared

I have already resoldered the (-) side of the deans plug! :)

With the Align charger, you charge through the balance connector, the deans plug would be left unconnected.

Some chargers need both the balance plug and main connected.

yep ,

plug it in (balance plug ) and in your case three lights should go RED, thats charge mode .

when the lights all go green , your done and good to go .

if its a 2s battery then two lights will go red. 4's four lights will go red

if the lights flash then the balance leads are wired different for the chrarger and not suitable ..

the outside plugs on each end are for two 2s lipos and yes you can do 2 x 2's lipos at once
