Throttle hold causes trim change?????

When I hit throttle hold I get a trim change in elevator, it puts in a down elevator command. I reread the spektrum book, but don't see it in there, of how to put in or take out.

Any suggestions?

every flight mode has it's own memorized trim setting.

so put the transmitter in throttle hold mode, set the trim as you want and then take
it out of throttle hold.
