I have an SE that seems to be possesed, I have been trying to come up with a solution and have tried several different approaches to the problem but nothing seems to be working,
It has went throught 4 9202's and 1 9402, the problem is the black wire is breaking at the solder joint onthe board inside the servo, I have been lucky so far that this hasn't caused a crash, three of the servos were in the collective position and two of them were in the roll servo position, the wires are not binding anywhere and there is no vibration in the heli, I am at my wits end, last time this happend I was in a hover at about 6 feet and the thing decides it wants to go screaming off to the left so I jerked the stick a bit and got it stopped then it takes off to the right, the first thing that comes to mind is that movie Christine :o

The only thing I can think might be the cause. Is your tightening the servos down too much in there mounts. I would just screw the screw against the servo grommet and then let that be it. The servo really should be able to move around for the grommets to be doing there job and protect from vibration.

If that does not work then call a priest and see about an Exsorcism.

David the priest thing was my next option, I put three brand new servos in it after resoldering all of the wires, hope that works.

Maybe it is too much wire protector and tie strap to close to the servo not letting it flex as it needs. Just a thought. :roll:

Is the servo case touching somewhere on the helicopter that could cause the vibration to be transfered into the servo from the frames somewhere...
