1 out of 3 cells unbalance question

I have a Lipo monitor and it monitor each cells with a light,3 lights in total.And if one of the cell gets lower than 3 volts per cell (or something close,im not sure)the according light comes on.

I also have a lipo alarm that beeps and lights up 5 LED's when that batterie goes belows 10v total.

Heres my question, even if one of the cells goes lower than 3 volts per cell. and my 10volts alarm doesnt go on can still fly until my 10volts is up.Even if one cell is lower?

If one cell is going below 3 volts and the pack voltage is above 10v, I would stop using the pack. You are killing the cell that drops below 3 volts and risking damage to the pack or worse.

If it is not going below 3 volts say 3.2 volts and the others are at 3.5 volts it may be ok but the one cell is weak and the pack may be on its last leg anyway.
