when I ordered the parts for my all metal Knight 50, not the sport or the new 3d, the clutch that arrived was smaller than the original (in thickness), the starter shaft was larger in diameter and of a different shape and the starter coupling was different than the original and did not fit my original starter shaft. Mind you I am not able to install the newer starter shaft as it does not fit the clutch bell or the main pinion.
I was able to install the new clutch (the one way bearing in the old clutch was no longer one way) however now even and the lowest idle the clutch still engages and turns the main rotor. Any ideas anyone.
Short of popping out the newer clutch bearing, is there any thing else I can try?
I did order the exact same part numbers from my manual.
