Mini Heli Invasion in Lyons GA.

Yesterday the owner of the new Hobby shop called Clintstone and asked hime if he can come do a Demo flight and bring some guys...INVASION style.
This is a new Hobby Shop that is opening up in Lyons Ga. They are saying they they are going to have a place similar to Macs where it is...
Out in the middle of nowhere...
Runway right there...
Car/Truck track on site...
Big Hobby shop...

If anyone would like to come and show some LHS support and INVADE...come on.

Man oh Man, Michelle has Surgery on her knee Friday, so I dont know if I can attend Saturday. Sunday would be a possibility depends on her status. Who knows she might be doing good on Saturday and I can come.

Hey Terry I finally got all the bugs worked out of the fury, the spindle was bent, it was so slight you couldnt see it till you took one of the grips off. Just enough to give me a slight vibration. Now its rock solid, not even a shake in the tail fin. The good part is I have no fear in flying it as its my backup and I have been doing all the stupid stuff with it and not worry near as bad...

Weather looks kinda crappy right now. I have to play Nurse today. Michelle is doing fine after her knee surgery, but she's still not moving around too great so I'll have to pass. Tomorrow is calling for showers. Doesnt look like I'll be flying this weekend.

Hey Craig, Hope the sugery is a success. My Son went thru ACL surgery 5 years ago and he used to sleep with that knee bending machine on and working! :D
After rehab his repaired knee was better than his good one.
You'll just have to bring the heli stuff in the house and work on it! :shock:

Well actually Shell threw me out of the house for the day, she was feeling pretty good and told me to go fly (God I love that woman) anyway Videos to follow in the Video Forum. I managed to get some people shots and one of Clint and then Chuck doing some of what they do :roll:

We also managed to get my Green Fury straightened out some, then the throtle servo took a dump. :arggg:

Anyway I guess I'll try and work on those Videos for a while..

Had a great time @ their grand opening. Mike and Regina have a nice place and it looks like there will be more to come in the near future. I am looking into a full-blown invasion there pretty soon.
