Greetings,
Does anyone know if it is possible to change the stick mode on the DX7, meaning changing the left and right sticks' verticle movement to be swapped?
Not that I wish to swap them, but may have accidentally being that my Trex 600 previously was flying great. But now the right stick's verticle travel makes the servos do what the left used to do, that being moving all three servos the same direction, while the left stick's v movement does now what the left used to do.
Although I am not sure that is the problem, I neverthess wish to see what happens if I can change the mode. I have looked through the manual to no avail.
Thanks
Fred

I am going to take a guess at the problem.
Hold down the two keys on the left while turning on the transmitter. Just like you would do if your going to change models.
Scroll thru the programs once you have done this. I am guessing there is a stick mode menu somewhere. Change it back to mode 2.
Does the left stick when moved left and right operate the tail rotor?
Does the right stick when moved left and right operate the left/right cyclic?
Mode 1
Left stick
Left/right operates left/right tail rotor
Up/down operates fore/aft cyclic
Right stick
Left/right operates left/right cyclic
Up/downs operates collective/throttle.

Yeah I would think it is.
He didn't supply all the information in this thread that he did another thread. He has the servos plugged in the wrong slots. Since the radio works another model fine and only this model is giving problems.

Thinks much for all the replies. I will go through the setup again. I have checked the servo connections but I am gong to do it again; that must be the issue, I am out of other ideas. Fred

Thanks for everyone's input. I fixed the problem by reversing servo direction of elevator and pitch (aux 1); as well changing positive values to negative for the same in the swash mix.

Fred,
Just a suggestion. If you have another problem. Be sure to supply all the information in a post you make. It is easier to help once everything is known.
Just cut and paste the same post to all the forums your going to post it on.
