1C is the standard
So for a 1600mAH that would be 1.6 amps (3 decimal places) but you should at least have a charger that supports Lipoly and ideally a balancer.

this is what i got 7.4V Li-ion Battery Set (battery+charger+clip)
7.4V Li-ion Battery 1600mAh with charger
(Free battery clip which suits most mini helicopter)
Lithium Battery needs to charge by 7.4V Lithium battery Charger

1C is "about" one hour no matter what size battery

Actually an 80% discharge takes about 65 - 70 minutes. Lipos don't charge at 1C for the entire charge.

Well they never should be full discharged either thats why I said "about" ;) I have never had to charge any of my batteries more than an hour to get to 100% myself. This is with a 1010 and 210 balencer
