problem with micro heli

ok so im not sure if its ok to post this here, if it isnt then just delete it.

i placed an order with microheli.com last thursday. i emailed them an hour after i placed the order. i got no reply friday, so i tryed again the correct way on there website. no reply yesterday, and no there site cant be found. i paid them through paypal so i can dispute it. but can some check and see if its just my computer that isnt showing it.

thats what im going to do. ive never done business with them before. so i dont know if there shady or im just catching them on a day week or something. plus this is my first time ordering out of the us.

I just ordered from Microheli. It worked out fine, just their shipping was a bit slow. If you go to the contact page on their website it shows a Canadian address, so I was surprised that my package was shipped from Vietnam, which explains the slow shipping.

today is 5 business days and my order hasnt made it past processing. i paid with paypal. but still they should have atlest replied to my emails.

I have e-mailed Microheli at least 12 times and never got a response.

seei dont like that and dont want to do business with a company that is ran like that. i give companys 2 days to reply i think that is a decent amount of time to wait for a email back.

how long did it take for them to ship you your order. shipping time is said to be 10 to 15 days from the time they ship to when you get it..

Your package will arrive and the status will show as in-processing. Don't worry, they sometimes take a while to get your order delivered. If a month goes by then i would start taking action through Paypal.

If you want your package sent fast, inquire about EMS shipping. This is an international door to door delivery network that is cheaper than couriers and takes less than a week to ship. Of course, that doesn't include processing time.

The service goes by different names in different countries. The US calls it Global Express Mail. Hong Kong calls it Speedpost. So check with Vietnam post what they call it and specify that.

Some foreign companies are not diligent with email support. But they get the job done. Just order and forget. It will eventually arrive.

I've heard a few not so nice things about Microheli as far as company customer service. their parts, however seem pretty good.

I get microheli parts from Helihobby.com, helidirect and (I think) Horizonhobby.com. Same parts, better customer service. :D

well i got an update to my order. it all shipped out april 10th. they should look into hiring someone to come in for a few hours each and update peoples orders.

LOL, yeah they should definately get on the order updates. I ordered from MH and it ended up taking about 14 days to get to me. Just hang in there you will get your stuff. Kinda annoying waiting isn't it? LOL :arggg:

i dont mind waiting. the stuff i ordered will save me time and money and a headache or 2 down the road. but companys should really keep people up todate. you pay them with out getting your stuff. once i find out its shipped no big deal. i was recently ripped off by an ebay company that never shipped or replyed to emails. lol turns out i was ripped off again tonight but with a motor for a real car .**** SCAMMERS~~ sorry had to vent
