just get a step down transformer and verify the charger can handle 50hz. If it can then you're all set.

Jack,
If you get a convertor. Make sure it is not a cheaply made one. When we was at the World Championships in Poland in 1999. One of the pilots toasted some batteries because of a convertor. It was suppose to be putting out 110 volts. It was putting out 160 volts when we decided to put a volt meter on it.
Check it before you plug anything in to it.

Call around to stores that sell luggage. It should not be hard to find a convertor, as all us Americans are probably bringing our blow dryers for our hair and would need the same convertor! :glasses2: I've got one in my travel kit that has adapters for many different countries. It has a switchable transformer and several plugs with different countries labeled on them.

The easiest way is just to buy a JR radio charger, the DX7 is a JR in drag
