I ordered a flybar for the stratus from my local hobby shop. I received part #0568-1. It's 20"3/4 long. It's obviously the wrong one. When I looked at the manual the right part# is 0303. Is the one I have OK. Are there any advantages to having a longer flybar? thanks

longer flybar = more stability..... probably not what you'd want with a stratus!!. I use 0566-1, at 18 5/8 in , it suits me ,especially with 90mm V paddles ....

depending on your setup, you can actually get more aggressive with the longer flybar. longer = more stability, but is also equals a larger mechanical advantage with the correct ratio..

The 20 3/4" flybar will make the cyclics faster, which will be better for 3D.DOUG

Rada,
I believe most of the Team Pilots are using 0566-1 ( 18 5/8). They may be some that are using the 0303 ( 17 3/4).
