dx7

im having problems binding the dx7, iv downloaded the binding video of spectrum and im stuck. there is three wire's on the switch harness, 1 at the top 2 at the bottom. the top 1 iv pluged into the rx battery channel on the rx.the 2 other's 1 is pluged into my battery, and iv pluged the bind plug into the other one, now im stuck as to were does the other plug on the back of the bind plug go when i turn it on it flashes i no it's suposed to flash but mine is flashing like a strobe light hope you understand what im trying to say as im lost. in the video he says plug the bind plug in to the harness then plug it into the open receptible of the charge jack?what is he on about, what is open receptible of charge jack? please help :?:

You are set up correctly.

Only 1/2 of the bind plug is used at any given point in time, which half is whichever fits depending on how you are wired.

The "open recepticle of the charge jack" is the second wire on the switch harness.

Power on RX, watch flashing lights, hold button on back of tran & power up. Should bind within about 3-5 seconds. Lights will go solid, and you'll have servo control. Release button on back of TX, power everything off, remove bind plug. Go Fly!

I have seen it take 15 to 20 seconds with no problems. People just need to be patient!

iv just checked it, and i got the solid lights on my rx, all i needed to do was power the tx on with the button pushed in. when i saw the video his lights flashed slow and steady so when i saw mine flashing really quick i thought somethink was wrong, never mind thanks for the help i need to do some reading now cheers :lolol
