I changed Main shaft and picked up a strange new wobble on the head. After some examination the hex screws that clamp it to the shaft were not tightened evenly. I had marked the head button with a marker as it spun to find the furthest 'out' point. It seems that the screw on the opposite side of the shaft was tightened more causing the whole thing to tilt ever so slightly away. Trial and error adjusting and I'm smoooth again.

If you are still chasing wobbles, or in my case again, check here too.

If you are chasing the wobbles, become an expert at the first two types of balancing the main blades. Don't just use a prop balancer type or rely on blades advertised as 'balanced'.
1. Match blades so they both balance at the exact same distance out from the bolt hole and mark that point on each blade with pencil or dry erase marker. It is probably easier and safer to add weight near the grip end of the blade that has the balance point closest to the tip.
2. Now with prop style balancer make both blades balance by adding clear packing tape on the light blade at the balance point you marked.

If anyone has a link they wish to add to a good blade balancing site feel free to chime in.
