I was trying to hover, everything set really nice and tight. My tail hold really nice. However when the heli took off about 10cm above the ground, i can see it drift to right (when heli facing toward me). but the tail still holding straight. I have try to adjust the swash arm (thought it might be too low) doesnt help much.

Is it my gyro setting to high? I have no subtrim. I couldnt source out the problem.
I hope someone here know the answer. it'd be appreciated.

Heli: QJ ep8v2 sp
Tx: Dx7

That's nothing to do with the gyro. Drifting right, when facing you, is drifting left to the heli. If it was facing away from you it would be drifting left. That's just the tail rotor thrust pushing it sideways. It's called the "translating tendency". Any heli with a tail rotor is gonna do that. Just roll slightly to stop it. The right skid will be a little closer to the ground in a hover for a CW rotating main. You can't fix this by messing with the swash. Just give it a little right cyclic, briefly, when you lift off.
