My setup is:
Logo 400 V-Bar with Drive set
Pinion 18 teeth, module 0,5
6s 2500 Flightpower pack
9650´s on the swashplate
a 9254 on the tail
and Torsion Blades 430
Contolled by a T 12 FG Fasst.

What is the "Drive set" you mentionned ? the Hacker A40 12S 1350kv with the ESC Hacker pro X70 ?
