I ordered my dx7. What RX do I get? 6100 is light but does it work as good as the 6000? What is the BR6000?

I can't speak for the BR6000, but from what I've read, the AR6100 is just an updated version of the AR6000. I'm not even sure you can find the 6000, unless someone has "old stock" laying around.
I got the 6100.

Grand RC has all three in stock. I called this morning. I think I'll go with th 6100.

The 6100 is for the DX7, and the 6000 is for the DX6 or 7.
The 6100 uses the DSM2 technology and will not work with the DX6 even though it's only a 6 channel receiver. I don't know all the specs, but I know the DSM2 is getting twice the signal. This is supposed to lock the TX and RX in better. It looks like the AR6000 is for aircraft and the BR6000 is for robots. As far as I could tell in my 30 seconds of research... The BR6000 has the ability to shut down certain channels in a power loss situation for safety in battle bots.
If you have a DX7, get the AR6100... it's the better receiver, and I don't think the price is very different. If you have a DX6, you don't have a choice. The 6100 won't understand the DX6's signal.

Even the old batch fares pretty well. According to Spektrum, less than 1% are afflicted with the problem.
